THE LIBRARY OF

VISUAL HEALING BOOKS

VOLUME ONE

Welcome to THE LIBRARY OF VISUAL HEALING BOOKS. These vision books are a contemporary version of illuminated manuscripts - immersive and written in the language of images. They are created in the alchemical lineage of artists as healers and storytellers of the Soul.

I hope The Library can become a sanctuary that allows you to dive deeper into the Original visual energy patterns that underpin the body of Earth which can hold us steady in these times of immense upheaval and dismantling.

Patterns weave the worlds together. Every part of the known and unknown multiverse is created through the language of pattern. It is impossible to conceive of ourselves or matter outside the language of pattern.

Patterns as a language system contain our Origin Stories. When we re-member these patterns hidden in the body of the world we remember the intact origins of the soul of our species.

You can become a member of The Visual Healing Library here. With your subscription you will receive a new Vision Book each month in your inbox - which can be downloaded onto your files. You will receive news of online events, Open Studios, including conversations with me and special friends about art, healing and spirit.

I deeply appreciate your support through your engagement with my work.

We change the world with our energy and the quality of our attention.

All the blessings of Creation.

ANCESTOR STORIES

Painting is a way of knowing our Original Ancestors

The paintings for ANCESTOR STORIES emerged like this: working on the floor of my studio in London I was preparing the surface of five giant watercolour sheets. Swilling graphite powder mixed with medium - then spraying black/black ink onto the giant pages when a huge gust of energy blew onto the surface of the paper chasing the ink into cascading patterns.

The Pattern Creation Ancestors were vibrantly communicating, alive swathes of cellular interiority, filial threads of vibrant connectivity for as long as it took for me to take photos. I came back from a quick coffee break only to find they had literally flown off the edges of the paper.

They had breathed a fleeting breath and left. I was awed. Sooo much life. I felt a strange mourning for the loss of their primal cellular voices.

ANCESTOR STORIES

Before Human was born, we inhabited the Cosmos as energy patterns evolving through vastness of stars birthed into the body of the world. We are all part of the unfolding long, love story of Anima Mundi.

My practice as an artist is a way of calling in and receiving these stories. The paintings are revealed as co-creational flow-throughs of energy from the World Soul to our soul. Each image, a painted fractal from The Pattern Creation Ancestors, our first Kin - who like cosmic radio waves from the far past are still transmitting their stories through the materiality of paint flowing freely onto paper. Once those invisible Ancestor voices said to me: “You hear us through your hands..."

Their stories, their language, their energetic imprints tremble at the edge of our collective un-remembering. Painting is my way of catching these threads that have been flung out as invisible wave and particle patterns reweaving the luminous bonds holding the worlds together.

At the world's beginning
there was a Mother.
All beginnings partake
of that Mother's energy.
To know this world,
first know the Mother.
Then, go forth and learn
to know the world.
Then go back to Her. Go back
and hold fast to Her.
Hold fast to the Mother, and
you will never be in danger.
